Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jake Reisman was drawn to real estate to help drive growth in the city and its surrounding areas. He enjoys focusing on large housing and transformational redevelopment projects and specializes in development, adaptive reuse, multi-family, strategic land use, structured investments, and ecological investments.

Before landing at MPN, Jake worked for CB Preferred, as well as a South Jersey based development group. Joining the team in 2018, Jake is passionate about performing dynamic services for his clients and has an eye for large-scale, value-added building, development, and land use projects.

Jake resides in Philadelphia, and he is currently an administrator for Lambda Alpha International Philadelphia Land Use Group, as well as an active member of the Builders Industry Association of Philadelphia and BIA Young Professionals. He is passionate about green initiatives and citizen outreach. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and basketball, as well as reading and learning about land use and development trends.
