A native of Philadelphia, but between Philly and Columbia, S.C., Stanford recently joined MPN to specialize in multi-family and mixed-use investment and development sales. Stanford’s passion for the industry is fueled by his devotion to improving the economic and social development of the Philadelphia region and its communities. “I found that through real estate I can directly and indirectly impact the community and its patrons by leaving a positive and definite impression on the structures around them.”
Stanford aims to advise investors on ESG strategies to increase asset value, lower operating costs, and achieve sustainable financing opportunities. “I have a devotion to improving the economic and social development of the region. My goal is to provide value to the world. I believe that what I receive in life is purely derived from the value I create for others,” he says.
Prior to joining MPN Realty, Stanford was an investment consultant in the blockchain sector as an acquisitions and client specialist.
He spends his time volunteering at Penn Vet Working Dog Center where he trains superhero dogs like those deployed during 9/11 and is a member of the Rittenhouse Book Club. In his free time, he can be found throughout the Philadelphia restaurant scene, reading in the square, playing the violin, biking, hiking at national parks and trails, and simply appreciating the city in every way.
Stanford is also a member of the Pennsylvania Business Coalition Advisory Philadelphia Real Estate Investors.
