Nadia Bilynksy To Lead MPN Realty Leasing Division
As managing director, Bilynsky intent on expanding MPN leasing
PHILADELPHIA August 12, 2022 – Nadia Bilynsky, who has been one of MPN Realty’s top salespeople, was promoted to Managing Director of the Leasing Division earlier this year.
Bilynsky, who has been with MPN since 2011, will focus on growing the leasing division, developing a training program for new agents, and directing a new vision for boosting MPN’s leasing brand. Nadia specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate from leasing to investment & development sales, which she will continue in addition to her new role as Managing Director. Nadia one of the leading commercial leasing agents in the Philadelphia area, “has proven herself to be a powerhouse in the company as well as within the commercial real estate community,” Ken Mallin, the firm’s CEO/Managing, says. “Her skills and vision have earned her not only a place on the 2021 40 Under 40 roster by the Philadelphia Business Journal, but also propelled her to this leadership role at MPN.”
Since taking on her new role, Nadia has grown the division’s volume by adding over 50,000 SF in exclusive leasing assignments for the team over the course of six months.
