The project consists of a new construction 6-story building at 211 Vine St., 2 new townhomes, and renovation of the historic property at 209 Vine St.
The site is now under roof and the development is progressing nicely.
This project is one of many new projects along the 200 block of Vine St., which is seeing a tremendous amount of development in the past couple of years.
