PHILADELPHIA — Two Center City properties — each housing well-known Philadelphia establishments — have sold for $11.35 million.
Pineview, an apartment complex at 339-49 S. 13th St. that has Dirty Franks as its main retail tenant, was one of the buildings to trade. The four-story, roughly 11,000-square-foot property has 18 apartments on the upper floors and four commercial tenants. Dirty Franks has been a popular local institution for the last 80 years.
An out-of-town buyer acquired that property as well as Waverly Court at 412-26 S. 13th St. This 23,000-square-foot building has 28 apartments and a single commercial tenant, Amis, which is a Marc Vetri restaurant.
An entity affiliated with Pearl Properties was the seller. Ken Mallin of Mallin Panchelli Nadel arranged both side of the transaction.
