‘$2.05M Amount for which East Falls developer Mark Sherman sold 4201 Ridge Ave., the building that has housed Johnny Manana’s restaurant for 13 years, to an entity involving Philadelphia real estate investor Rafi Licht. The two-building complex is “at the corner of Midvale and Ridge, which is essentially the corner of Main and Main in East Falls,” said Ken Mallin of MPN Real Estate, who arranged both sides of the transactions with Nadia Bilynsky. The property totals about 15,000 square feet and has 10 apartment units.’
